FAQ
How much notice is needed to cancel?
We kindly ask for one months notice of cancellation due to billing cycles.
when will cleanings not be provided?
Due to the use of metal equipment, if there is lightning within 7 miles, cleaning will be modified to chemical maintenance only (lightning scanner provided by Weatherbug). Extreme weather such as hurricanes will lead to cleaning being cancelled for the week. Regardless, please rest assured that you will be notified when this will occur and corresponding plans will be put into place to ensure your pool will remain in top shape!
